Plastic recovery

A modular pathway from difficult plastic waste to useful outputs.

Sporadicate combines material characterisation, sorting, PET recovery and pyrolysis-led conversion within a single project framework.

1

Characterise

Assess polymer types, contamination, moisture, volumes and logistics.

2

Sort

Separate PET and direct suitable materials to the correct recovery route.

3

Recover

Prepare PET for reuse and convert suitable mixed plastics thermally.

4

Return value

Create marketable outputs and measurable diversion data.

Pyrolysis-led conversion

Recover hydrocarbons from suitable hard-to-recycle plastics.

Prepared plastics are heated in a controlled low-oxygen environment. Vapours are condensed into oil and fuel-range fractions, while process gases may be recirculated to support energy requirements.

Final product specification and use depend on feedstock, equipment configuration, upgrading, permitting and off-take arrangements.

PET RECOVERY

Keep useful polymer in circulation.

Separated PET can be cleaned and processed for appropriate manufacturing, filament and circular product applications.

PROJECT DESIGN

Build around real local conditions.

Every deployment should be structured around confirmed feedstock, appropriate technology, site requirements, permits, qualified operators and committed output buyers.
